Saiber LLC Expands Business Services And Employment Practices

Longtime NJBIA member Saiber LLC on Tuesday revealed the addition of Marc D. Freedman as member and Steven M. Friedland as counsel in a move that strengthens the Florham Park law office’s Business Services and Employment practices.

This strategic expansion shows Saiber’s dedication to strengthening its business and M&A capabilities, with a particular focus on industry-specific options for customers in the staffing sector and beyond.

Both attorneys join Saiber from the boutique firm Freedman & Friedland LLC of Hasbrouck Heights, bringing years of experience in business and work law, especially within the staffing market.

Freedman, a skilled corporate attorney, joins the company’s Business Services group as a member. With an extensive background in employment and corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, he brings deep knowledge of the legal and service concerns affecting staffing companies and other industries.

He formerly functioned as basic counsel and senior executive officer for among the largest public business in the short-lived work sector. His extensive experience consists of business acquisitions, securities compliance, labor relations, defending companies in discrimination matters and class actions, limiting covenant lawsuits, danger management, and strategic consulting for senior executives.

Freedman is presently general to the New Jersey Staffing Alliance and formerly served in comparable functions with national staffing associations.

Friedland will sign up with the firm as counsel in the Litigation practice group. With a focus on employment law and litigation, he brings over 20 years of experience protecting employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters before federal and state courts and administrative companies, as well as representing businesses in industrial lawsuits.

He likewise frequently counsels customers on everyday workplace matters and drafts numerous arrangements, policies, and compliance products. Previously, Friedland practiced employment and labor law at two companies with a national presence.
